Good news – USA shipping will be returning soon!

At the moment, I’ve had to pause orders to the USA while I wait for new shipping changes to be fully implemented and to understand how these will affect costs. Once everything is clear, I’ll be reinstating USA shipping.

For now, here are some temporary options if you’d like to place an order:

  • You’re welcome to place your order, and I can safely hold it in my studio until your next trip to the UK, where you can collect it or I can arrange UK delivery for you.

  • You can have your order sent to a UK-based friend or relative, who can then post it on to you as a gift.

I don’t currently ship to the EU for similar reasons, but I’m working on solutions there too.

Shipping

FREE delivery on UK orders £100+

  • UK Orders: For all UK orders, tracked or tracked & signed delivery is available. Expected to arrive within 1 - 4 business days from dispatch depending on what postage option is selected at checkout.

You’ll receive a dispatch notification via your preferred contact method once your order has shipped. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Returns and refunds

While I take great care in crafting and packaging each piece to ensure it arrives safely, issues can occasionally arise. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of receipt so we can discuss a suitable resolution.

In cases where items are eligible for a refund or replacement, I may ask for photos of the damaged item to assess the issue.

If you are not happy with your order please get in contact with me within 28 days from the date you received your order.

Not only does my packaging protect the items, but it’s also designed to be kind to the planet, reflecting my commitment to sustainability and reducing waste. Whether it’s your new jewellery or a statement vase, you’ll feel the care that goes into each piece, right from the moment it’s unwrapped.

Caring for your ceramics & jewellery

Each piece I create is made with the utmost care and attention, crafted slowly and thoughtfully by hand. Whether it's a ceramic vase or a piece of jewellery, every detail is carefully considered to ensure durability and quality. Built to last, my pieces are designed to be enjoyed for many years - and with the right care, they can be cherished for generations to come.

Each piece of my ceramic work is made from durable stoneware clay and fired at high temperatures to ensure exceptional quality and longevity. While they are microwave and dishwasher safe for everyday use, I recommend handwashing to keep them at their best for years to come. With proper care, your ceramics will continue to bring beauty and function to your home for many years.

As for your jewellery, each piece uses high quality 925 sterling silver (earring hooks and chains), which is known for its durability and timeless elegance.

Over time, sterling silver may naturally tarnish, but a gentle polish with a silver cloth will bring it back to its original shine.

To keep your pieces looking their best, I recommend storing them in a dry place and removing them when bathing or swimming.
